Alllrighty then.  I'm sending this to the list.  Is there interest out there for 
this sort of thing?  I've considered doing a keybinding to send the focused 
window to any workspace (ie, <alt+F7> pushes your window to your 7th workspace, 
if it exists, etc.), but never gave it much thought as it would be a little 
weird to put into the configurator.  This wouldn't be nearly as weird--to do a 
"send to next workspace/previous workspace" keygrab.  

I'd like to get some feedback from the user community on this.  Who's for it?  
Who would be interested in a "send this window to any workspace I define" 
function?  Who couldn't care less?  Who stands on their heads at night and 
whistles Dixie?
