Here's an RH6.2 flavoured possibility..
[erik@tesseract ~]$ rpm -qf /usr/include/signal.h
glibc-devel-2.1.3-21
[erik@tesseract ~]$ rpm -qf /usr/include/bits/sigcontext.h
glibc-devel-2.1.3-21
