most items can now be accessed by menu. SLit and toolbar placement, focus
models, etc. The obvious step is to stat the rc file in load_rc(). Restart
can stat the file again and compare (need to add an item to Blackbox class).
However, how do you handle someone changing focus mode to Auto Raise and
editing the rc file to change the auto delay time? The proposed change would
remove the user's change.
