Positioning with bbappconf

I'm using bbappconf to start 2 decorless aterms on the same desktop, and
when they open up they're both on top of eachother (they're the same
size too).  Is there anyway to get bbappconf to position one right below
the other or is this done with aterm itself? I don't know how to do it
either way..
