man xinitrc or xsession, depending on wether that box uses an XDM variant or if you
just start from a console. I use KDM on my Linux box, and my .xsessionrc file looks
about like:
exec xrdb -merge ~/.Xdefaults
sleep 2 && exec bbpager -w &
sleep 4 && exec bbkeys -t -w &
exec blackbox
