Um, actually it has quite a few problems. While it works in general, as ryu
pointed out maximize is broken as is window placement both for initial
windows and dialogs (sometimes, depends on the app) without patches. It also
has some problems with events that take place.
The one which comes immediately to mind is dragging a netscape link on a
page to another location, which causes blackbox to crash (or which causes X
to crash due to the way blackbox deals with it not exactly sure which one is
puking at that point) when xinerama is enabled. It does not have this effect
when it is not enabled or with sawfish/enlightenment when using xinerama.

P.S. It is definitely usable in xinerama mode though and I still choose it
over anything else to run on my boxes...
