Do not reply off-list. This message pertains to everyone, not just me.
As far as I know, there is no patch to access the menu via a button on the
toolbar. There used to be one for the workspace menu before you could
access that from the root window. In general, you should always check
back through the archives if you are referring to a specific message. No
trouble, but a little more courtesy would be great for the future.
