Hi I recently discovered blackbox, and I like it a lot. The binary weights only 192996 bytes on my linux box at home, so I thought I'd try to install it at college (solaris), where I have a very limited accout (only 5 mb). Finally got it to compile (using the instructions on the blackbox faq - http://www.reedmedia.net/misc/blackbox/faq.html ), but the resulting binary weights like 3 MB!!! (the blackbox binary itself, bsetbg and bsetroot use some space of their own). I can't afford to use so much space for blackbox, so my question is, is there a way to make a smaller binary? If you need some more information, like solaris version, c++ compiler, etc, I'll look it up.
Thanks in advance -- Neven Boric
