Not that this is high on my list, but I do intend to add a means to ask for
confirmation before exit.  It will not make this the default behaviour, just an
option for the people who have to deal with users.

For the record, my wife uses window maker for reasons like this.  I do not
intend to make bb the all singing and dancing easy to use wonder wm.  However a
little help now and then is a good thing.
