Po-TAY-to, po-TAH-to, tom-MAY-to, tom-AH-to, etc. Some people pronounce the "G" in Gnome and Gnu, others don't. If you want to get really picky, tell all those people who call their computer towers "boxen" that it is incorrect. :-) It's all just preferences, as long as the message gets through... > > > > Also, every other > > > list I am on will reply to the list when I hit "reply", whereas this > > > one replies to the sender. Not sure about other MUAs. Different viewpoints can be good, and at least I can see that this has been thought about. And I've learnt something about mail headers, with homework for further study. I'm still learning Sylpheed, after the recent debate over mail clients. Maybe there's an option in here somewhere. (BTW Jan: I changed some settings, and I hope my lines now wrap at the 72 characters I _thought_ that I had set before) So I just have to be more careful when replying. I'm not afraid to use my brain... Speedy -- Of all the things you can accomplish by screwing up your face and swearing into a darkened room, sleep is not one of them.
