I can only speak for whiteBOX, but ... Certainly, the configuration, as with all other internal aspects of blackbox, will be dealt with very soon. > Another thing is that the menu editor doesn't support swedish characters so I > have to change it in my .bbmenu after avery change in bbconf (not really > important, but...) > How do these handle under whiteBOX? > > I had some more that I cannot remember right now... > Please .. make as many requests as you like. Im always interested to hear what people would like. Either send a message to the list, use the feature request form at http://whitebox.sourceforge.net (or http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/whitebox), or email me personally. > By the way, I can't figure out how the 'Styles menu' in the menu editor > works... Could someone explain (I use the Styles directory under a submenu). In blackbox, a style menu works by reading all the filenames within a given (style) directoy and creating a menu whose contents is those files. Then when you select a filename it loads the style. Under whiteBOX, the best way to set up your styles is: - Create a new submenu called "Styles" or whatever. - Click on the submenu you created - Create a new item for the submenu, selecting "Styles Directory" as the type - Enter the directory which contains your styles in the add dialog. - Press ok and save your menu I like this method best, biased yes .., because you can then group multiple style directories within the same submenu if necessary. Hope this helps .. drop me a line if it doesnt -luke
