Um, well, I think I've littered mine and xOr's e-mail links all over
http://bbconf.sourceforge.net, but anyway....

As soon as blackbox's config-change/rc-file-rewriting behavior is
changed so that it writes its rc-file immediately when its configuration
changes, rather than insisting on writing its rc-file every time it
exits, then I will write a bbconf plugin to allow you to configure
everything in blackbox's rc-file. This will include:

- slit placement, direction, auto-hide, ontop behavior
- toolbar placement, ontop, width, autohide, etc.
- all of blackbox's config menu options
- workspace names
- window placement behavior
- focus model
- clock format (humanly-configurable as well as directly supporting
strftime format strings)
- style file directives
- etc., etc., etc., ad nauseum

But it's pointless for me to do so while blackbox insists on overwriting
its rc-file everytime it exits. =:) So... *looking back at the
question* oh yeah--um. yes. =:)

Hm. I'm not sure what the solution is for this. Anyone with qt-savvy
able to look through bbconf and see where it's amiss with regards to
multiple-languages?

So do I. For example, in my menu file, I have a submenu item (in
bbconf, click new item and change its type to submenu) called "bbox
Private Styles". Then click "new child item", change its type to
"styles directory" and next to the "directory of styles" textbox, click
the button with 3 dots on it to browse for the directory that you want
to use as your styles directory. Of course, you're also able to just
type the directory name in too. =:) That's pretty much it.
