WHY?? An empty menu is well, empty. If I put something there, it is no longer empty. I really do not understand this. "Oh nothing to see here, move along." What does adding an item to tell you it is empty rather than it simply being empty gain you? This is not KDE or Windows. We do not have to do everything just like they do.
