Including the Finder?  Can't be done—the system requires one
application to be visible at any time.  A trigger that does Finder >
Hide Others would hide everything except the Finder, of course.  Or,
if you leave an app like iChat or iTunes (mini-player) open all the
time you could hide everything but that, since you may have tons of
Finder windows open that you don't want to see.
