Have you: Installed the Apple mail Module and E-mail support plugins? And set 'Mail' as the email handler under preferences -> handlers
You should then get actions like 'send item to....' and 'compose email' etc. If you haven't already, read Howard's guide (download link in a sticky topic on this group).
