cant activate qs

Hallo.
I've used cleanapp to delete the qs. And then I've downloaded the
latest one. after the installation, i cant get it activated...no
matter how i change the hotkey or click the icon in dock..hmm, it's
running that i still could set the preference. but it will never
show...anyone has an idea ?
