I've experienced the same thing earlier.

If the link doesn't work look for the discussion about problems
installing the release.

  To sum up.
1) Clean up all the files and directories QS uses during and install
2) Place QS in the ~/Applications folder instead of /Applications

I know it sounds weird, but that is what worked for me.
