In that case, you might try quitting QS, renaming catalog.plist (in ~/ Library/Application Support/Quicksilver) to oldcatalog.plist, and restarting QS. You will have to take a few minutes to set the catalog up again. I suggest trying out a few of your problem entries first (e.g. Google News and Twitter.scpt) do see if they work properly now. If they work well, you can proceed to set up the rest of your catalog and to throw away oldcatalog.plist. If you get the same problem again, you may as well switch back to the old catalog.plist. and we'll see if we can figure out what else might be wrong.
