it could be that you have the 'recent objects source' selected/ activated in your quicksilver catalog under preferences -> catalog -> Quicksilver. i have mine set at the last 50 recent objects.
to check where each of those duplicates are coming from i suggest you use the action called "show source in catalog" that i think is on by default. so what you do is invoke quicksilver, type the object's name that you're getting duplicates for, tab, 'show source catalog', enter, you should then see quicksilver's preferences open up right on the 'catalog' that is providing you with that entry. in my case i get the original catalog for one and the 'recent objects' catalog for the other. you can also check the 'recent objects' catalog to see what's in it by invoking, typing 'recent objects' and then right arrow into the list. the size of the list can be set in prefs much like clipboard memory, etc. to get rid of the dupes just switch off 'recent objects' in the catalogs. let me know if this works for you.
