hi, I have the same procedure than Jesse (just other trigger) and
running into the same issue.
it works sometimes, but very irregularly. And I have installed QS on a
brand new iMac recently to experience the same problem.
so it must be a bug/incompatibility between Mail (and its plug-ins)
and QS.
Mail plug-ins installed on my system (10.5.4):
- MailTag
- ActOn
- MiniMail
- Letterbox
- GrowlMail

a solution would be fantastic, being one of my must-have QS function.
cheers,
