Ah, if you mean in Quicksilver's menu bar (the menu item between
"Quicksilver" and "Edit") then it's not named well, but is a place for
plug-ins to add menu items. Currently the only that do so are Shelf
and Clipboard History. You must have those plugins installed to see
these items in the menu.

I'm currently working on this. Removing the 'plugins' menu bar buttom
messes up the QS pane GUI so it obviously has a purpose.
If nothing becomes of it I'll just add a menu-item to launch the
plugins pref pane so it's not as confusing.

Hey everyone,
Great program.
I'm a new Mac user, so I'm sorry if my understanding of what's going
on is incomplete.
I've been reading up a little bit about problems people have been
having with installing plug-ins. Most seem to be around permissions
problems, which I am assuming is the list of users and their read/
write permissions that's given in the Get Info of a folder.
I'm not sure exactly what my problem is, but this is what happens.
I'm running B54, on a Mac OS X 10.5.4.
When I first installed, I selected a host of plug-ins, and the
plug-in
installation would hang up when it reached the Terminal Module
plug-in
in the queue, so I cancelled installation, un-checked the Terminal
Module, and the installation went through the rest of the plug-ins
effortlessly. However, when I went to add more plug-ins, only the
ones that had already been installed were available. In addition,
the
drop-down expandable Plug-ins menu will not expand.
After several re-install attempts, I found that the expandable Plug-
ins menu will still not expand, but I do see the full list of
possible
plug-ins if I move through the installation without attempting to
add
the Terminal Module.
I can add Plug-ins now, but thought I'd let you know that I still
can't see the Plug-ins expandable menu. Don't know if I should be
able to or not. I mouse over, and nothing pops out.
"mouse over"???.i dont know what that means....you have to click on
the arrow left to the "All Plugins"
