Still not working. In preferences > handlers, my email is set up as Google Notifier, and just straight-up "Gmail" is not an option. Could that be it? Although it doesn't really make sense, since the events ARE being added to my calendar on the right day, but always but always at 12PM. Something in Gcal prefs, maybe?
