I am sorry if a sound rude but to me it is ridiculous one must run to
the FAQ even before having a look at the software.
Instead of creating a problem and then keeping the solution in FAQ for
new users to hunt it for themselves, it would be great if the download
was made more user-friendly. Safari is one of the best if not the best
browser....so care should be taken regarding which format will behave
in what manner in Safari.

The Quicksilver .dmg doesn’t mount
If you downloaded it with Safari, look to see if the downloaded
file’s
name ends with .bz2 or something trailing the .dmg. Rename the file
in
the Finder, removing the .bz2 or whatever and leaving the .dmg and
then try opening the file.
