Please be more specific. What trigger (object and action) do you open
shelf with?
(I'm not clear if you're using the the graphical shelf panel or doing
this in a results window using a Shelf (Show Contents) trigger, in
which case I want to know what the action is for an item.
What item fails on the shelf (a file? they open; text? they don't)
Is there an anything written in console?
