activate QS, press " . " ,
type some text that you want to be the "subject" of your email,
type ">>",
enter some text that you want to be the body of the email,
hit "tab" key
and bring up the action "Email to (Send)" and press the "enter" key
(called "return" key in mac". Thats it.
