I did mention such things in the manual several times. :)
And yeah I do described progressively faster mechanisms as I go,
usually because they are more complex. You can't start off with
proxy objects, no one will follow it.
i did not mean to say that you should start with it.
If some text which is actually a URL (in a web page) is selected, the
"Current Selection" makes it plain text. So, i have to manually copy
it and then use the trigger "Clipboard Contents" as the proxy object.
Probably, this will also be the solution for non-cocoa apps.
