i have this exact same issue and i though it may have been a bug but
was too busy to follow it up. i also do multiselections by invoking
quicksilver with the files selected in finder and then using cmd-G to
get them all. i sometimes forget this and press cmd-esc and find that
the action i wanted has only run on one file.

i have not really tried using the comma trick but then again i dont
want to add files to the list one by one.

for some reason i recall, possibly wrongly, that cmd-esc used to pull
all selected files.
