Automator would make this easy. If you fire that up, choose a custom action. You should then see a 3 pane window of sorts. first is the library broken up by application, then actions, and finally the workflow.
1) If you choose the finder application one of the but in actions is get selected finder items. 2) Then if you look at the automator category there is a run shell script action among others. It would be much easier to use another built in finder action of move finder items however 3) You could then save this as an automator workflow or a standalone app. 4) Then in quicksilver you could simply execute the workflow or invoke the app you saved. As an alternative you put put the target folders into quicksilver's catalog explicitly and then you wouldn't have to dig the 10 levels deep each time.
