Removing the Triggers.plist file solved the issue - I thought an uninstall would have removed that plist.
I'm still fairly new with Quicksilver, so I'm just using triggers to switch applications (Trigger: open, firefox [assign a hotkey]). Once I determine that the plist was the source of the issue, I'll enable some plugins, and explore those. Thanks for the assistance.
