Curiosity got the better of me. The difference seems to be mainly Java
`.jar` files and Dashboard widgets. I don't need those indexed. Also,
"kind:app" doesn't pick up iDVD.app or iDVD Getting Started.app on my
system for some reason, whereas "kMDItemKind == Application" does.
