I am having a similar problem. I have tried removing all my triggers and re-adding them (they are all custom search such Google, GMAIL, IMDB using the Search For plugin) they are mapped to my F1 etc keys. They all work when I re-add until I restart but then while triggers are still listed in my preferences, they are described as "(null) (Search For...) <?>" QA seem to "forget" the original search URL on restart.
