Do you mean you're still using b54? Because I'm using b54 right now with SL and I'm not having any problems at all. I didn't have to delete any of the application support folders. It just worked right away when I upgraded to SL. Granted, my use of QS is pretty much limited to opening applications with triggers and opening files. I don't use a lot of plugins or other commands.
