Bring up the file that you want to move in Quicksilver's window,
press comma "," key on your keyboard
press Cmd+X key

Now bring up the folder where you want to move the file in Quicksilver's window just like you brought the file earlier.

press tab key
select "Move to"
press return key

remember "Move to" not "Move to…"
