Delete all old quicksilver.app, ~/Library/quicksilver, ~/Library/
cache/ 
quicksilver, ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver, etc.
Basically 
clean all up.
Assign quicksilver on every spaces.
Go to: 
Applications/Quicksilver (Show package content) > Contents >
QSDefaults.plist
Edit Use effect to "No", Save it. and relaunch the Quicksilver.
Good luck. It might not all of the above should be done to make it
work, but those were steps that I did.

There are some trick found somewhere in this group
