Finding Folders only

How do  I do a QS search to find only folders who's name contains the
word(s) in my search?  I have been using 'Spotlight in Windows'
search, but that comes back with all files (as well as folders) that
meet the criteria.  For that matter, I would love to know how to limit
the file type scope of an adhoc search.  That would be great!  Thanks.
