I do find that once the triggers persist, they persist. They seem to
get lost somewhere between creation and a relaunch. But I haven't had
a a trigger that persists over 2 relaunches disappear. It also seems
that triggers which reference files need those files to be in your
catalog. It's really the setting up that's annoying.
