As for the original poster, that version of Quicksilver is no longer under active development and is known to have problems with 10.5 and later. For a functioning build, see <http://github.com/andreberg/ Quicksilver-B5X/downloads>, but be warned that some plugins haven't been updated to work with newer operating systems. If this build still crashes, your best bet is to move aside ~/Library/ Application Support/Quicksilver and reinstall your plugins one by one until you find the ones that are causing the crash.
