I had the same problem. For some reason, the "Current Selection" proxy fixed itself at some point, but only works for Finder items, while the "Finder Selection" default trigger shows as "Execute (null)". Using b57.
I also had a pair of scripts set up to maximise windows on either of my displays via keyboard triggers. These reset to "Run Script (null)" every time QS is restarted in the recent betas.
