I tried re-downloading 0.4, reset the cache reinstalled and rescanned,
again with no luck.

I'm using an Intel mac and using the agile keychain.

~/Library/Application Support/1Password/data/default is there and full
of .1password executable files and documents.

I downloaded the debug version and got the following console report
after trying to right click :

30/03/2010 15:48:56 Quicksilver[80392] -[OnePasswordSource
objectsForEntry:] [Line 45] Keychain path: ~/Library/Application
Support/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain

objectsForEntry:] [Line 54] Keychain data path: ~/Library/Application
Support/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default

Hope that gives you some idea as to what's happening.
