I have disabled automatic unlock for all applications in the Prefs. So the first time I select a login without previously unlocking 1P for Safari, if a I choose the 'Go & Fill' action it doesn't prompt for the Master Password, doing nothing but forcing me to choose the 'Open URL' action which prompts for the Master Password, opens the url and fills the login. The second time I select a login, 'Go & Fill' behaves normally. -- To unsubscribe, reply using "remove me" as the subject.
