Re: control+enter for "run after delay"

I must be missing something pretty simple.  My enter and return keys  
are on the same key and I have tried CTRL + Enter, CTRL + fn +Enter  
but nothing seems to work

I think what people mean to say is ⌃↩ (Ctrl+Return) not ⌃⌅  
(Ctrl+Enter). There is a difference.
