The URL that QS fetches the plugins from is:
http://qs0.blacktree.com/quicksilver/plugins/plugininfo.php?

This usually returns an NSDictionary with a list of all the plugins, but
it's giving a Forbidden message now. Strange.

A while back I started tinkering with a little platform for listing the QS
plugins. It's got about half of the plugins, and you can find it here:
http://patjack.co.uk/qs/plugins.php

I'll go ahead and add the rest soonish.
