Actually, the actions are supposed to be listed based on their
relevance to the object. However, if the developer of the relevant
plugin did not do a good job creating the necessary list of
associations their plugin, or if you are dealing with unusual objects,
it is possible that what QS thinks are appropriate actions will not
be.

So to try to help you with your issue, we'll need some examples. To
that end, please answer the following as specifically as you can:
1. What were you trying to do?
2. What did you expect to happen?
3. What actually happened?
