All the actions advertise what type of object they support. A few of them claim to support absolutely everything so they will always show up. That explains most of the ones you see on the list. These are usually lower down on the actions list so the more specific ones (that are likely to be the ones you want) will be the default or at least easier to get to. I don't think I've seen anyone mention it, but if you go to the preferences, you can re-order the actions to suit your needs. You can safely drag more specific actions, like “Open URL”, high up on the list because it will only show up for URLs. It's not always easy to figure out what will apply to what, so I can't say it'll be obvious, but a bit of trial and error should get you there. -- Rob McBroom <http://www.skurfer.com/>
