There was recently a discussion titled "strange behaviour" whereby for both me 
and another QS user the interface had suddenly started opening behind windows, 
hidden. 

As I use jitouch maybe this is why I was having a problem. It only affected the 
bezelHUD interface so after trying a couple of things I ended up changing 
permanently to the cube interface. Maybe you could try a different interface if 
You're using BezelHUD & see if that helps.

Meanwhile, when I've got some time I think I'll try uninstalling jitouch & 
reverting to bezelHUD & see what happens. I too mainly rely on BTT but I like 
the window resizing feature jitouch has.
