There was recently a discussion titled "strange behaviour" whereby for both me and another QS user the interface had suddenly started opening behind windows, hidden.
As I use jitouch maybe this is why I was having a problem. It only affected the bezelHUD interface so after trying a couple of things I ended up changing permanently to the cube interface. Maybe you could try a different interface if You're using BezelHUD & see if that helps. If you would to read the relevant thread it's here: http://groups.google.com/group/blacktree-quicksilver/browse_thread/thread/5f8da50de5dd4cad# Meanwhile, when I've got some time I think I'll try uninstalling jitouch & reverting to bezelHUD & see what happens. I too mainly rely on BTT but I like the window resizing feature jitouch has.
