As I said in a reply to your other topic, Quicksilver doesn't copy the file
to the shelf. The shelf isn't a folder/place for storage of files. It can
store things like text, URLs etc., but that is because these are
'Quicksilver Objects'. Files are not 'Quicksilver Objects', but
references/links to files are - this is why Quicksilver loses them when you
delete them.
