Suggestion for Event Trigger plugin

I have a suggestion for the Event Triggers plugin. It has the option
to run a command under the event Application is Launched or Quit, but
maybe it would be more useful if you can get a command to be run when
a specified application/script is launched, not just any application.
That would be far more useful.
