This can be done, there's an option in the info drawer to include/
exclude apps. I've successfully created Commands that run when
Dictionary app launches, for example. Unfortunately, it seems very
flaky. I think it's necessary to create 2 Triggers to have the first
one remembered. I'll try and create a new one to get the steps down.

Perhaps saving the script as an application would allow QS to include
it.
