how do I make a short cut key to paste my email address into forms on the internet

I'm new to quicksilver and am very lost as to how to set this up, and
if it's even possible. I was recommended to come here for any short
cut keys. My goal is to press something like "command/apple k" instead
of kris...@kristalcleargraphics.com everytime I need to log into a
site.
