The easiest way would probably be to make a trigger* with the text of
your email address in the first pane and the Paste with Clipboard
action in the second pane.

To make this, just open QS's preferences window, go to the Triggers
tab, and press the + button to add a new trigger. In the dropdown
window that appears, make sure you have the first (i.e. top) pane
selected and then press . to enter text mode. Type in your email
address. Press the Tab key to move to the second pane, and then select
Paste with Clipboard as the action. Save the trigger, set it to be a
Hotkey type of trigger, and then set the key combination you want to
use for it.

For more information on triggers and much more besides, have a look at
Howard Melman's unofficial user guide, available at
http://mysite.verizon.net/hmelman/Quicksilver.pdf

As a bit of advice, don't use Cmd-K for your trigger. That, and most
other Cmd-(letter) key combinations, are already used in many
applications. Instead try something like Opt-K or Shift-Ctrl-K.

* QS can use keyboard or mouse based triggers (as well as other types,
if you have the right plugins installed). A hotkey trigger is
essentially a keyboard shortcut, while a mouse trigger is sort of like
Mac OS X's Hot Corners on steroids.
